New Sony Cyber-shot W and T Series – Wonderful Technology?
The Sony Cyber-Shot TX Series
Sony Cyber-shot has a history of releasing some of the most technologically advanced and stylish cameras available on the market. The latest additions to the Sony Cyber-shot family are the T and W series, digital cameras that pack an impressive punch in terms of new and innovative imaging technologies.
In regards to imaging the new Cyber-shot series incorporate the astounding Carl Zeiss Vario-Tessar lenses which combined with the Exmor R CMOS sensor deliver stunning photographs in a range of different lighting conditions. Additionally features such as the intelligent face detection, labelled as iAuto makes snapping friends and family simple. For instance face detection on the Cyber-shot W series has the capability to adjust the exposure, skin tone, focus and even red-eye reduction for a maximum of eight subjects ensuring that your family snaps capture the moment perfectly.
One of the major new technologies utilised in the T and W series is Sweep Panorama. The Sweep Panorama feature allows users to take a continuous photograph by simply sweeping the image they wish to capture, the camera then stitches these images together and produces a near seamless wide angle photograph. As well as features to make life easier for users the T series is available in a range of colours to suit individual style whilst the Sony’s PMB software makes editing images from the Cyber-shot camera a breeze.
The Cyber-shot W series has been created with excellent video functionality allowing for recordings at 30 frames per second and high dimension 1280 x 720 imaging, perfect for those who like to not only take photographs but also like to delve into amateur movie making. As with the Cyber-shot T series the W series incorporates features to aid the user, the new Smile Shutter technology ensures that those toothy grins are captured at parties and family occasions.
These latest models show that Sony once again is striving to attract customers with some excellent technologies and features that make photography easy for the masses.
